You can approach the Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) again, citing the delay in response and the inconvenience caused. Alternatively, you can consult a lawyer to understand the process of filing a civil suit against the CBSE for rectifying the error on your mark sheet. It is recommended to act quickly, as the time limit for filing such a suit may be nearing its end.
