My father, divorced from my mother 18 years ago, recently passed away. He worked for the government and hadn’t received his pension for the last 9 years. We weren’t in contact with him and only learned of his death through distant relatives. We don’t know where he was living. How do we get a death certificate and approach the government office to claim his pension?
