I was born in Bihar as Lalbabu Ray, my father’s name being Kamalkant Ray. My family later moved to Delhi and my mother enrolled me in school as Raju Mandal, with my father’s name as Kamal Mandal. Now most documents show me as Raju Mandal. I need a caste certificate from my native village, but they require my original name, Lalbabu Ray. How can I get the certificate in my current name?
