Based on your birth and upbringing in Delhi, you are eligible to apply for an SC certificate in Delhi. You can apply for a caste certificate based on your self-declaration and supporting documents proving your residence and lineage in Delhi. You should consult the Delhi government’s guidelines for the specific documents required.
