I took my exams in November 2010 and received my results in June 2011. However, they mistakenly marked me absent for one subject. My study center in Karnataka has been promising to get my marks card corrected since then, but nothing has happened. The university isn’t taking any action either. I recently visited the university, but they just told me to write again. The study center has sent multiple emails to the university, but still, there’s no response. What can I do now to get my corrected marks card?

You can file a complaint with the Karnataka State Higher Education Department, outlining the issue and the inaction from both the university and study center. You can also consider filing a writ petition in the Karnataka High Court seeking a mandatory order for the university to issue your corrected marks card.
