I got my bike registered in Pune. Then I moved to Ranchi for work and applied for a NOC to transfer the registration there. However, I ended up coming back to Pune after a year without actually moving my bike to Ranchi. The NOC was issued in April 2015 but I never completed the registration process in Ranchi. Now, I want to sell the bike in Pune. Does the NOC automatically become invalid after a certain time if the registration isn’t done in Ranchi? How can I confirm if my bike is eligible for sale in Pune?

The NOC issued in April 2015 likely remains valid unless explicitly revoked by the issuing authority. However, to confirm the bike’s eligibility for sale in Pune, you should approach the RTO in Pune with the NOC and other relevant documents.
