Dear Sir/Madam,
My Matriculation Certificate and other documents show my date of birth as 05-01-1991. However, my Birth Certificate has 03-06-1991. I need to have a single, consistent date of birth for my passport application. What steps should I take to resolve this discrepancy?

You can approach a court to obtain a legal order rectifying your date of birth. This order can then be used to change the date on your birth certificate. You will need to provide supporting documents like your Matriculation Certificate to demonstrate the correct date.
