What happens if a woman’s first maintenance request is rejected by the court? Can she apply again?

Yes, a woman can apply for maintenance again even if her first request is rejected. She can re-file the application with fresh evidence or arguments. However, the court will consider the reasons for the previous rejection and the new evidence presented.
