My wife wants a divorce and is seeing another married man. I don’t want to give her the divorce because of our children. I’m worried about this situation and need some guidance:
1. Can I file a case against the man she’s seeing?
2. What are the possible outcomes for him if I do?
3. Is evidence like love letters, travel details, and statements from his family enough to win the case?
4. Should I even file this case? If not, why?
5. How long does it usually take for these kinds of cases to be resolved?
