In India, divorce is granted on grounds of cruelty, adultery, desertion, and others. “Poor behavior” alone is not a sufficient ground for divorce. You need to prove specific acts that meet the legal definition of cruelty or other grounds for divorce. Consulting a lawyer is crucial to understand your specific situation and available legal options.
