My wife and I are facing a difficult situation. We want a divorce, but she refuses to speak about it, wanting me to initiate the conversation. We never demanded dowry from her family, yet she’s threatening to falsely accuse me and my family. She’s employed and we have separate ration cards. We haven’t lived together for a year. What should I do? I’m worried about going to jail or my family getting implicated.
