My wedding, a beautiful Hindu ceremony, took place on May 15, 2013. Unfortunately, just a few days later, things took a difficult turn. My wife began causing trouble, constantly arguing, shouting, and even resorting to physical and verbal abuse towards me and my family. After months of this, she left me on October 12, 2013. I filed for divorce, and despite being summoned by the court multiple times, she didn’t appear. After the case was published in the newspaper, I finally received the divorce. Could she still challenge the divorce decision somewhere else?
