Under Indian law, lack of physical intimacy alone is not sufficient grounds for divorce. You can file for divorce on grounds of cruelty, desertion, or irretrievable breakdown of marriage. It’s advisable to consult a lawyer to understand the specific grounds applicable to your situation.
