My husband and I are going through a difficult time and considering divorce. We have a young child and a shared home. I’m worried about what will happen to our child and the house, especially since I’ve been contributing financially. My husband has been physically abusive, and I’m scared. We had a love marriage, but things have gone wrong. I also put money towards our apartment, but it’s only in his name. I even gave him cash and jewelry during our marriage. What can I do about the apartment, my child, and getting financial support? Please advise.
