Yes, your husband’s second marriage without a divorce is illegal under Indian law. You can seek legal advice to file a complaint against him for bigamy and seek annulment of his second marriage. This can be done by gathering evidence, possibly through a private investigator, and filing a case under the appropriate sections of the IPC.
