My husband, a government employee in Uttar Pradesh, has a court order from Delhi stating his salary should be attached if his PF for July 2016 isn’t submitted. My lawyer filed the PF two days after the order but isn’t sure what to do next. It’s been a month and nothing has happened. Should I take the order to my husband’s department and give it to his senior, or will the court handle it?

The court order should be served on the relevant authorities, which includes your husband’s department in Uttar Pradesh. Your lawyer should follow up with the court to inquire about the next steps and confirm the order has been served. You can also submit a copy of the order to your husband’s department for their information and action.
