My divorce in 2010 stipulated that my ex-husband would contribute ₹15,000 towards our son’s upkeep and a separate amount for me. He stopped these payments after my remarriage in 2012, despite our son living with me and my new family. I haven’t pursued legal action so far, but now I’m considering claiming the full amount owed. He hasn’t played any role in raising our son. Is it possible to receive support in getting justice and holding him accountable?
