A notarized agreement alone isn’t legally valid for divorce in India. It must be presented and adjudicated by a court to become legally binding. If you haven’t already, file for divorce through the appropriate legal process, presenting your agreement as evidence to the court.

Can it be argued that he deserted her? He firmly refuses to accept her as his wife.
