My divorce agreement is notarized and states both parties have no claims. Is this legally valid in India? If not, what steps should I take?

A notarized agreement alone isn’t legally valid for divorce in India. It must be presented and adjudicated by a court to become legally binding. If you haven’t already, file for divorce through the appropriate legal process, presenting your agreement as evidence to the court.
