I’m struggling to make ends meet, earning only about ₹15,000 a month. The family court has ordered me to pay ₹20,000 in maintenance, and I’m also facing separate alimony payments. I appealed this in the High Court, but unfortunately, it was rejected. I’m in a difficult situation, as my income before marriage was also around the same, and due to my lawyer’s mistake, I couldn’t present crucial evidence. I simply can’t afford these payments. Could you please help me navigate this situation?
