Since the divorce order is in your favor and your wife is refusing to vacate your father’s house, you can file a formal eviction application in the Family Court. This application should include details of the divorce decree, proof of ownership, and your wife’s refusal to vacate. The court will then issue a notice to your wife to vacate, and if she still refuses, the court can order her eviction.
