Under Indian law, you can file for divorce on grounds of concealment of a serious medical condition at the time of marriage, which significantly impacts the marriage. However, the court will consider all aspects of the situation, including the duration of the marriage and your wife’s willingness to continue the relationship. You should consult with a lawyer to understand your options and proceed accordingly.
