A woman has filed a dowry harassment case against her husband and in-laws before completing 7 years of marriage. Can she file the same case again after 7 years of marriage if:
1. She withdrew the initial case through a compromise letter and continues to live with her husband, but separately from her in-laws. The investigating officer found no substantial evidence during the investigation.
2. The accused family was found guilty and punished.

1. She cannot file the same dowry harassment case again as the case was withdrawn through a compromise letter. However, she may be able to file a fresh case if new evidence emerges, proving continued harassment.
2. She cannot file the same case again, as the accused family has already been found guilty and punished.
