What are the legal steps to take when a non-bailable warrant (NBW) is issued against an accused person who is already out on bail? How many Enforcement Cases (ECs) can be filed in this situation?

If an NBW is issued against a person already on bail, the court can cancel the existing bail and issue a fresh warrant for their arrest. Multiple ECs can be filed, but each should be based on separate and distinct grounds.
