Filing for restoration of marriage is a possibility, but unlikely to stop a divorce if your wife is determined. Even if you prove the charges false, the court will consider all factors, including your wife’s desire for divorce, in its decision. You should consult a lawyer to understand your options and how to proceed with the charges against you.
