You can file a complaint under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code for cruelty by husband or his relatives and Section 304B for dowry death. You can approach the local police station or file a complaint with the National Commission for Women. The testimonies of the landlord and neighbors can be valuable evidence in your case.
