Based on Indian law, your father can approach the court challenging his suspension. As he wasn’t directly implicated in the FIR and no evidence connects him to the bribery, he can argue the suspension is unjustified. He should seek legal advice to pursue reinstatement and challenge the disciplinary action against him.
