My family and I were once willing to marry this woman, but things went wrong and we called it off. Now, she’s pursuing a case against me under Section 420, claiming I promised to marry her. It’s been going on for 7 years, and the lower court sentenced me to 2 years in prison. She also tried to accuse me of physical abuse, but couldn’t prove it. I’m struggling to focus on my work due to this constant legal battle. What can I do to bring this case to a close?
