My daughter was forced to leave her husband’s home after enduring unbearable abuse. She filed a police report, listing her dowry items. Before doing so, she asked her husband for them over the phone. After a long 7 months, the police finally recovered her dowry items from her former home and bank locker. The police also took the original receipts for her gold jewelry. Is there a strong chance her husband will be convicted under Section 406 for criminal breach of trust?
