You can file a complaint with the CBSE and the Bihar Education Department, highlighting the school’s misrepresentation. You can also file a civil lawsuit in Bihar for damages due to the school’s negligence, seeking the right to have your brother take the Class X Board Exam or compensation for the loss of education. While you can’t file a lawsuit in Mumbai directly, you can engage lawyers in Bihar to represent you.
