My phone’s been at the repair centre for over two months now, and I haven’t heard a word. I’ve been messaging customer care, but all I get is “You’ll get a call in 24-48 hours.” It never happens, and the repair centre never picks up the phone. How can I get my phone back? I submitted it on July 10th.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to seek redressal if a company fails to provide a service within a reasonable time. Since your phone has been with the repair centre for over two months, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and demand a replacement or refund. You can also consider lodging a police complaint if the repair centre is unresponsive.
