My mobile provider keeps adding services I never asked for! They claim I activated them, but when I complain, they say they’ll deactivate them but won’t refund the charges. This happened in January, and again in February. They offer no real explanation, and even when I try to switch to prepaid or port my number, I’m still stuck with these unfair charges. Nobody seems to care. What can I do?

Under Indian law, your mobile provider’s actions are likely unfair and exploitative. You can file a complaint with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the consumer forum. You have the right to seek a refund of the unauthorized charges, and switching to prepaid or porting your number does not necessarily relieve you of these unfair charges.
