I’ve got two Airtel DTH connections with one dish and two set-top boxes. I deactivated the second connection three months ago, but the payments for my main connection are still being applied to the inactive one. Even after speaking to Airtel customer service and returning the second set-top box, I’m still being charged for both accounts. Can I take legal action against Airtel DTH?

Yes, you can take legal action against Airtel DTH. You have the right to a fair and transparent billing system. Since the second connection is deactivated and the set-top box returned, Airtel is obligated to stop charging you for it. You can file a complaint with the consumer forum or approach the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to resolve this issue.
