You can file a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the state consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You can also lodge a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell of the police. You can also approach the Information Technology Act, 2000 to address the issue of harassment and unsolicited communication.
