You can challenge the bills in a consumer forum or file a complaint with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). You can also negotiate with Vodafone to settle the dispute amicably. Since the amount is less than Rs. 5,000, you can consider filing a small claims case in a court.
