In India, it is illegal for online stores to operate without proper terms of use, refund policies, and a registered company address. While the lack of a clear refund policy on the website is concerning, consumers have recourse through the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and can file complaints with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
