I placed an order for a Samsung 20,000 mAh power bank and a 64 GB memory card for Rs. 718 on bookmyoffer.com on August 12th, 2016. However, I received a 16,000 mAh power bank with a 128 GB memory card instead. The power bank was used and not working. I reported this issue through email on August 23rd, 2016, but haven’t received a satisfactory response. I also tried to send a complaint by post, but the head office address was incorrect. My order confirmation number is 080467725909843.

Based on Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to receive the goods as ordered. Since you received a different and defective product, you can demand a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. You should pursue this with the company through email and registered post, documenting all communication.
