I ordered some items from YesStyle.com (order # 8500832) and paid using my online banking. They later emailed saying I need to send them a filled KYC form, IDs, and an authorization letter to receive my order. They said this was mandatory from September 1st and that not sending the documents would delay delivery. But when I ordered, they didn’t mention anything about KYC or authorization letters. Now they’ve sent my order back to Hong Kong! What can I do?

YesStyle’s request for KYC documents and an authorization letter is unusual and likely not mandated by Indian law. You can dispute this, citing the lack of prior notice and the inconvenience of their actions. You can contact YesStyle, express your dissatisfaction, and demand the return of your order, or pursue a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.
