I ordered a watch from Snapdeal for ₹1,600, paying upfront. They called to cancel the order, but I insisted on delivery. They sent a completely different, cheaper watch. When I asked for the correct one, they processed a refund instead. They kept promising the right watch though. I have all the call recordings. Now they’re offering me ₹100-₹200 as an apology. This is the third time Snapdeal has cheated me. What should I do?

You have grounds to file a consumer complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant state consumer forum. The call recordings and order details serve as evidence. You can also file a police complaint for cheating if the value of the watch is significant enough.
