You are not legally obligated to pay the additional ₹4,000. If you agreed upon a price of ₹8,000 for the photography services, that should be the final amount. You can request the photographer to honor the original agreement. If they refuse, you can consider consulting a lawyer to explore your options.

Previous Article I worked for a company in Singrauli from November 2016. The owner pressured me to deposit his unaccounted money into my bank account, which I did twice. But on December 28th, I refused. He then fired me. When I went to his office on January 9th to collect my remaining salary, he became violent and assaulted me.
