If you’ve ordered a product online but received something different and the seller isn’t responding to your return request, you have full rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You can first raise a written/email complaint with the company. If still no response, you can approach the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000 / 1915) or file a case through the E-Daakhil portal for refund/replacement and even compensation.
