You have legal recourse to enforce the promise of a dedicated parking space in your sale agreement. You can file a case in a consumer court or civil court seeking specific performance, compelling the builder to provide the parking space. Seeking a refund from other buyers is not a legal option, as the builder is responsible for fulfilling the contractual obligations.
