I bought a flat and the builder promised me a specific parking space, even charging me for it. The agreement mentioned a parking number, but when I got possession, the assigned space was smaller and different. The original parking was given to someone else. The builder is now saying he won’t give me any parking if I don’t accept this one. What can I do?

You have grounds to legally challenge the builder’s actions. The builder is obligated to provide you the parking space as per the agreement. You can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum or initiate legal action in civil court demanding the originally promised space or compensation for the breach of contract.
