Yes, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum. The dealer’s misrepresentation of the car’s model year and delay in providing registration papers constitute unfair trade practices and a violation of consumer rights. You can seek compensation for the difference in value between a 2015 and 2016 model, as well as damages for mental distress and inconvenience.
