You have a strong legal case to demand a refund. The builder’s delay and refusal to provide the necessary documents, along with the threats, constitute a breach of contract. You can file a consumer complaint with the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or approach a lawyer to file a civil suit for breach of contract and seek a refund, including compensation for mental harassment.
