Hey everyone, I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on September 20th, but it arrived damaged. The dealer refused to replace it, but did file a complaint with Samsung (complaint number 4201573965). After weeks of contacting both Samsung customer care and the dealer, a Samsung employee arrived with three unknown individuals on September 28th. They tried to intimidate me and only replaced one of the damaged parts, taking the other with a promise of delivery yesterday. Now Samsung has closed the case without fixing the remaining damage. Any advice on what to do next?

You can also seek legal advice from a consumer lawyer to explore options like filing a civil suit against Samsung for breach of contract and/or negligence.
