You can file a PIL in the High Court by approaching a lawyer and submitting a petition outlining the corruption, the evidence you have, and the inaction by authorities. The petition should be accompanied by affidavits and relevant documents, including newspaper articles. The Court will then decide whether to admit the petition and initiate proceedings.

Now I’m applying for the UPSC and the attestation form asks if I’ve ever been arrested, prosecuted, bound down, fined by a court, or convicted for any offence. Should I tick “yes” to any of these questions? Could not ticking “yes” be considered concealing information? What should I do?
