We enrolled in the Times Pro institute for the PGDBM program, which costs around ₹1 lakh. During admission, they promised 100% placement in operations roles within banking, but we’ve been placed in sales jobs with a lower salary than promised. We’re considering legal action or pursuing the promised operations roles with the agreed-upon compensation.

Based on Indian law, you may have grounds to pursue legal action against Times Pro institute for breach of contract if they failed to provide the promised placements. You may be able to seek compensation for the difference between your actual salary and the promised salary. You should consult with a lawyer to determine the best course of action.
