You can approach the school authorities and request a formal review of the accusation and the subsequent actions taken. If the school refuses to address the issue fairly, you can file a complaint with the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) or the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) highlighting the emotional trauma caused and the violation of your daughter’s right to a safe and nurturing environment.
