My neighbours have been gathering on my porch every winter for the past five years, even though there are plenty of other sunny spots in our society. Despite repeated requests, they continue to chat loudly, making it impossible for me to concentrate on my studies. This constant disturbance has caused me a lot of stress. Could I pursue a legal case against them under civil law?
