Under Indian law, you have the right to control how your images are used. If you did not explicitly grant permission for the photographer to use your photos for advertising, you can ask him to stop using them. You can also explore legal options if he refuses to comply.

I’ve filed a case in the Bombay High Court, and it’s connected to a similar case filed by someone else. Now, I need to withdraw my case, but I can’t make it to court. Can my lawyer withdraw the case without me being present? Could the person with the connected case also close my case for me?
